How the monthly survey portal works

  • When to Expect Them: On the 1st of every month, you'll receive an email with a link to all of your available surveys for that month.
  • Survey Schedule: New surveys open weekly on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. and will close at 9a.m. on Thursdays. It's a great idea to mark these dates in your calendar so you don't miss out.
  • Accessing Your Surveys: Before starting a new survey, be sure to refresh your page.
  • Important: Do not click the 'finish button' on the main page of the portal. This button is for ending all of your participation for the month.
  • Rewards: You'll earn 1 token for each survey you complete.
  • Delivery: Your tokens will be added to your rewards account after the survey officially closes and has been processed.
Loyalty program
  • Earn 5 Bonus Game Tokens: For every 10 surveys you complete, we'll give you an extra 5 game tokens!
  • No Need to Be Consecutive: We know life gets busy! You don't have to complete surveys back-to-back. We'll keep a running tally of your completed surveys.
  • Stay Updated on Your Progress: We'll let you know your current survey count every time we send a new survey, so you'll always know how close you are to your next bonus.
  • Your Count is Safe: If you happen to miss 10 surveys in a row, your counter will reset. However, completing any survey within that 10-miss period will reset the countdown and protect your loyalty count.
