Terms and Conditions: Loyalty Program
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the loyalty program offered by Nielsen Media Research Limited ("Nielsen Media Research," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Survey Rewards:
For each survey successfully completed, participants will receive the standard reward associated with that survey.
Loyalty Point Accumulation:
In addition to the standard survey reward, a minimum of one (1) point will be added to your loyalty counter for each completed survey.
Promotional offers may increase the number of points earned for a specific survey, but a minimum of one (1) point will always be awarded.
Bonus Game Tokens:
Upon reaching a total of at least ten (10) loyalty points, and for every subsequent increment of ten (10) points thereafter, participants will earn a bonus of five (5) additional game tokens.
Eligibility for Rewards and Loyalty Points:
To be eligible for survey rewards and loyalty point accumulation, surveys must be completed by clicking the "Finish" button located within the weekly survey itself, not on the portal. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the survey reward and non-increment of your loyalty counter for that week.
Reporting Technical Issues:
Any technical issues encountered during survey completion MUST be reported between 9:00 AM Tuesday and 9:00 AM Thursday of the relevant survey week to be eligible for compensation. Issues reported outside of these designated survey open times will not be eligible for compensation.
Reporting Missing Monthly Portal:
If you do not receive the monthly portal, this must be reported before 9:00 AM on the first Thursday of the month. This reporting window closes concurrently with the first survey of that month.
Loyalty Point Statements:
A running total of completed surveys and loyalty points will be sent via email at least monthly.
Requests for an updated statement must be submitted in writing via email to uk.support@digitalpanels.nielsen.com.
No Cash Alternative:
No cash alternative will be offered for any rewards earned through this loyalty program.
Program Modification and Withdrawal:
Nielsen Media Research Limited reserves the right to withdraw this loyalty program or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Discretion of Rewards:
All rewards are offered at the sole discretion of Nielsen Media Research, and all decisions regarding rewards are final. |
