To recover your login credentials

• Visit https://computermobilepanelrewards.nielsen.com
• Select "Forgot your login information?"
• Click "Request username" to ensure you get the correct one (it's usually your email).
• Check your email from no-reply@computermobilepanelrewards.nielsen.com for your username.
• Once you have your username, click "Reset password" on the portal.
• Follow the instructions in the email from no-reply@computermobilepanelrewards.nielsen.com to set a new password. (Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see it!)
