1. Registration Key: This was sent to you from no-reply@computermobilepanelrewards.nielsen.com. Please check your spam folders as well and remember to make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the registration key if you copy/paste it. 

2. Last Name: you have registered with on our Computer/Mobile Panel. If the first attempt doesn't work, please log into your account and go to Profile - People. Your registered surname will be one of these.

When you enter these details please make sure there are no added spaces entered and this only includes characters.

Please note that registration can only be done inside the UK and your device cannot have a VPN active.

If you cannot locate your registration key email you can get another by clicking on 'register now' link. and then select the purple text 'Restore registration key' on the right, add your e-mail address, and check 'I am not a robot' and send. A new registration key and instructions on how to use it will be sent to your e-mail address.
