Points expiration

You will have 2 years (24 months) after points have been credited until they expire. When using your points these are spent on a first in first out basis to make sure only your unspent points can expire.

On the 28th of each month you will receive a monthly summary of your rewards account. If you have any points due to expire on the next month.

Points expiration procedure will run on the 28th of each month and any unused points mentioned on your previous month summary email will expire

These points will also be visible in your rewards account in the Points section. Any expiring points will be in their own categorised box in the summary.

Once these points have expired there is no way to refund them so please ensure these are used within the time frame.

Additionally if you choose to leave the panel or if you are inactive on your eligible devices for a period of 180 consecutive days, your points will also be expired.

Once expired, your points cannot be reinstated.
