Why is my order pending?

On occasion additional security checks are made on orders to ensure a high level of security and to protect your rewards. If your order is pending then our team have been notified and will investigate your order as quickly as possible. As soon as this process is approved your reward will be sent to you.
 

 How long will my order be pending?

Orders in pending are manually checked with an emphasis on the security of your rewards. This is usually completed in the next business day however, please allow up to seven business days for our team to complete these checks.
