How to rest your login credentials

To reset your password for your main account (not rewards account) please follow the steps outlined below:

Please note you can not reset your password through your mobile app, it would need to be done using your main account page.

Log into your main account
Select 'forgot login information'
Enter your registered email address (this one)
A temporary password will be emailed through.

Go back to your main account

Enter your email address
Copy/paste your temporary password
Once you are logged in please set your permanent password by following these steps:
On the next screen please copy/paste your temporary password in the 1st block
2nd block - create a permanent password
When creating a new password please make sure you use at least 1 number, 1 upper case letter and a special character from ONLY [@$!%*#?&^()] & Please also ensure that your password does not contain part of your email.
Confirm your permanent password
Save

You have now successfully reset your password!
