How to change my registered email address


To update your registered email address, please contact support for assistance before attempting to register a new account. Simply signing up with a different email will not work correctly.

Unfortunately, updating an email address is not a straightforward procedure. To facilitate this change, we must first delete your existing account, which will then allow you to re-register using your new email.

Once the new account has been created, you will need to reinstall the app on all of your devices to ensure they are linked to the correct profile. After your new account is active and successfully transmitting data, we will be able to transfer any existing points balance over to it.
