How to change your address details 

To update your address details with us (The Nielsen Computer & Mobile Panel) please follow the below:

Main account:

Log in to your Nielsen Computer & Mobile account.
 
Once in, click on Profile on the left side of the screen, then click on Contact. On the next page, you will have a list of your contact details.
 
Click Edit and then update what you need. Do not forget to click on Save before closing the page.

Rewards account:

Please note it can take 24-48 hours for your address details to automatically update in your rewards account once amended in your main account.
